Hello World example module

The Hello World module is a complete example of a PeerMesh Core module. It serves a simple greeting page, but its real use is its structure. Copy it, replace the marked placeholders, and you have the start of your own module.
What it does
- Shows an annotated module manifest
- Shows lifecycle hooks and health checks
- Shows routing and a dashboard widget
- Serves a static greeting page
